I am writing to share feedback regarding Hugo's service today. Following my 11:00 AM emergency call, he arrived within the hour and was professional, informative, and thorough throughout the visit.

Hugo provided excellent, upfront service at a very reasonable cost compared to other providers. Based on this experience, I highly recommend him and intend to remain a lifelong customer.

What a wonderful experience!! Hugo was so kind, and was very responsive to my request I made online. I called and was lucky enough to have him come the following day. My carpets look stunning and smell amazing! He cleaned my 3 rooms, hallway, and stairs and it took about 75 minutes! I thought that was great timing! I also appreciated that he offered enzyme treatments as we have 2 cats and 2 dogs. We try our best to clean them ourselves, but moving forward I will be calling Hugo to use his services again! I highly recommend everyone to use Hugo for carpet services! Thank you!!!

Hugo is amazing! He made our carpets, stairs, and rug look brand new. It was a night and day difference. Professional, thorough, and excellent results. Best service in town - highly recommend!

Hugo did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our carpets. They've never looked so good and I couldn't believe that they weren't sopping wet when he left, they dried so quickly but we still waited the appropriate time to move our things back. He was easy to work with on scheduling AND to top it all off, he is kind. He's now become our go to and we will recommend him to everyone we know. Thank you, Hugo!!

Amazing work! I had all but my ripped my old carpet up. Hugo made it look brand new. Also very fast, prompt and courteous. Highly recommend.

We had MH services come in and clean our entire upstairs. The price was extremely reasonable and the work was amazing. Our carpets looked better than they had in years!! They were really easy to work with and courteous. I would recommend MH services to everyone!
